Where the work slips away

Most contractors don't lose jobs because of bad work. They lose them in the gaps between calls, quotes, and follow-ups — the stuff nobody has time for after a ten-hour day.

  1. 01

The call you couldn't pick up

They don't leave a voicemail. They call the next number on Google.

  2. 02

The web lead that waited until evening

By the time you reply, someone faster already booked them.

  3. 03

    The quote that went quiet

You meant to follow up. Then the week happened.

  4. 04

The happy customer you never heard from again

No review, no call next season — they forgot your name.

A rough estimate from your own numbers. Not every missed call is a lost job — but some are, and you can't tell which.

What we automate

Not a chatbot stuck on your website. Each of these is a working process: something happens, the system takes a set of steps, and the result lands where you'll actually see it. Pick one to watch it run.

How we work

We don't sell you a platform and disappear. We look at how a job actually moves through your business, then automate the parts that leak.

1

Map

A short call where we trace a job from first ring to final payment, and mark every point where it can slip.

2

Build

We set up the workflows on your accounts, write the messages in your voice, and test them with real scenarios. You sign off before anything goes live.

3

Run & improve

We monitor every workflow like a production system — if something fails, we get the alert, not your customer. Each month we look at what's working and tune it.

Ground rules

  • Your accounts, your data
Everything runs under your name. If we part ways, it all stays with you.
  • A human is always one reply away
If a customer wants a person, the conversation goes straight to you.
  • Nothing goes out unapproved
You approve every template. AI-written replies wait for your tap unless you decide otherwise.
  • We hear about breakage first
Failed sends and broken connections trigger alerts on our side.

Straight answers

Will customers think they're talking to a robot?

Messages come from your business, in your words, and they're short and useful. We don't pretend it's you typing — and the moment someone asks for a person, it goes to you.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. We start from what you already use — Google Calendar, Gmail, a spreadsheet, or your field-service app — and only add what's missing, which is often just a business texting number.

Are there rules about business texting?

Yes. In the US, business numbers have to be registered with carriers (A2P 10DLC), and marketing texts need customer consent and an easy opt-out. We set that up as part of the build.

What does it cost?

It depends on which workflows you need and what you already have. After the free review you get a clear quote — before any work starts.
